Hiatus

It's been a while since I last posted, so many things that could do with some writing but nah, no time or insufficient time. I've just done my last bits of relaxation, am buckling down to start studying already. Promos are crucial for me, having just examined my current status and really, I need to get down to it.

Chemistry looks fine, shouldn't be a problem for me, so is biology, except some bits which I'm a little unclear on. Economics probably is fine, the thing I'm horribly worried about is Mathematics, probably because of the lack of competent teaching and my normal ineptitude in dealing with numbers.

There's just so much to be done and yeah, time I got cracking. I'll take a hiatus from LJ for now, except maybe one or two posts if I ever dig up the time. Been wanting to blog about how I got conned for chemistry lecture (still rankles, the idiocy of it all!) and stuff, but I'll see if I get the chance to. Post promos will be the time to slack, so yeah, back to work.

My life partner suffered another injury today. Fleche broke its blade while training today, probably an aggravation of the injury caused by Koy Min, so DAMNIT, TWO BLADES IN TWO WEEKS.

Took my revenge when I beat the crap out of him artfully scored 15-7 against him, with sneaky tactics that mainly came in from angles he didn't defend properly. I loved the feeling of that bout, it was magic to watch as you score using simple techniques like parry-riposte and the odd sneaky attack from the side or double disengage. And uh, minimal remise touches too!
